As Executive Producer of "Water through the Word" Radio for Women, Erin invites men and women to share their stories of faith on this weekly talk radio program, heard in Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, Louisville, Indianapolis, and Louisville. Erin is a ministry developer and full-time national conference speaker, averaging over 90 events per year as she motivates, equips, and encourages women to take risks for Christ. She and her husband, Matt, live in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Donna has served as a worship leader in many churches and at various seminars and conferences for over 25 years. Before receiving Christ as her savior in 1980, Donna's life was full of verbal and physical abuse, and devastating loss. When she finally realized that she needed help, she called out to Jesus Christ and her life has never been the same. Through worship, special music, and teaching, Donna's main goal is to help the body of Christ return to their first love, Jesus Christ, and to encourage and help us to realize our value and our potential in Him.

Judith is a storyteller who loves the written word and loves giving 'flesh' to it as she utilizes her creative gifts of drama, music, dance, writing, and languages. Judith has learned that there are no limits to what God can do through her as she submits her will to his and trusts that God will never leave or forsake her.  Judith's desire is to fully serve the Kingdom of God with every aspect of her being. As a communicator of God’s love, Judith uses the creative method that best suits that particular situation. Judith's has ministered and been ministered to by serving on staffs of churches and para-church organizations, and as a consultant to equip, empower, release and inspire others into their kingdom assignments. 

Matt's heart for ministry is dedicated to nuturing women by helping them discover the unexplored potential and matchless beauty that lies within her.  His message is genuine, fresh, and profoundly simple. As Chairman of Erin Campbell Ministries, Matt leads the ministry with strength and purpose.  As a servant, he follows Christ with humility, compassion, and a commitment to purity.  Erin says, "Matt is more than a husband, leader, minister, and speaker… he is a very good friend to us all."
