Thursday Evenings – Deeper Living Discipleship

The Second Coming of Christ

The Second Coming of Christ

taught by Keith Thomas
[see bio below]

We will learn:

  • Are we in the Last Days before the Coming of Christ?
  • Are there biblical prophetic signs that indicate this?
  • What is meant by the term “Rapture?”
  • Will there be signs that will precede this rapture?
  • What does the Bible say about the Antichrist?
  • What will he do? How will we recognize him?
  • Should we expect the Rapture to occur before the Antichrist comes on the scene?
  • What is the “Mark of the Beast?”
  • What happens at the opening of the Seven Seals?
  • What is the warning about an event Christ called the Abomination of Desolation?
  • What did Jesus mean when He said that there would be Great Tribulation?
  • How can I prepare for what is ahead?

About Keith Thomas

Keith - edit

Keith Thomas is from England.  He became a Christian in 1977 after a long worldwide search visiting 31 nations of the world over a five year period. In 1982 he worked with another couple, Roger and Glenys London in planting a church in his home town of Harwich, Essex, England. He was ordained as a Vineyard Pastor in 1990 before moving to Ashford, Kent, to plant again. He has been leading Small Groups since 1983.

Keith has served two churches in the last 11 years since coming to the USA. He was Groups Pastor and Congregational Care at Miami Vineyard Community Church at Miami, Florida. Before that, he worked at Vineyard Community Church in Cincinnati, Ohio, as a Community Pastor overseeing  52 Small Groups, mentoring and training leaders, and starting new Small Groups. Keith is dedicated to providing ways for new Small Groups to start and supplying them with biblical studies that have discussion questions for building accountability and group interaction. He now serves a number of churches doing seminars and events where he teaches some of the studies that are on this website, showing other churches how to also build up their groups ministry.

He has been married to his American-born wife, Sandy, since 1980. They have two children, Anna, born in 1985 and Simeon born in 1990.
